Pay Property Taxes

You have the option to pay your real estate taxes and your business personal property tax in one full payment, or in first- and second-half installments (except for parcels where the total taxes owed is $25 or less, in which case, only the full payment option is available).

Need a copy of your property tax statement or Parcel ID?

  1. Enter your property address in Denver's property search tool.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and find ‘Tax Documents.’
  3. Download your statement by selecting the applicable tax year. Your Parcel ID is listed in the gray box in the top-right of your statement. It is also listed above your address on the property record page.
  4. To pay, scroll to the top of the page and select ‘Tax Payment' to return to this webpage.
  5. Repeat this process for all properties you own.

Troubleshooting

Is your payment larger than a typical transaction? Notify your bank. We suggest notifying your bank prior to any payment attempts to ensure your payment is not rejected. If you are experiencing trouble making a payment with a credit or debit card, you may need to notify your bank of a higher than normal payment amount.

Installment payments are not allowed on service lien and maintenance district payments. If you are paying a service lien or maintenance payment you will see the full amount due when you select one of the payment options above.

Installment payments for local improvement project fees may be made online through the payment option above. If you would like to make a full payment call (720) 913-9500 to obtain the payoff amount.
