Public Meeting to Review Denver’s Plans for ARPA Housing Funds

The Department of Housing Stability (HOST) will hold a public meeting from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 6, for individuals to learn more about and comment on the city’s proposed plans for utilizing HOME Investment Partnership Program – American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) funds.

Denver was recently awarded $10,820,331 in HOME-ARP funds from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD). Eligible activities for the funds include:

  • Production or preservation of affordable housing
  • Tenant-based rental assistance
  • Supportive services, homeless prevention services and housing counseling
  • Purchase and development of non-congregate shelter

The public meeting will be held virtually at https://denvergov-org.zoom.us/j/83790752735. The meeting provides an opportunity for individuals to provide feedback prior to the submittal of Denver’s draft allocation plan to HUD.

Simultaneous Spanish and American Sign Language interpretation will be provided, and interpretation in other languages may be provided upon request.
