The Executive Director of the Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (DOTI), City and County of Denver, adopted revised Rules and Regulations Pertaining to the Issuance of Permits by the City Traffic Engineer. The revised rules are adopted pursuant to the Denver Revised Municipal Code, Chapter 2 Administration, Article VI Rules and Regulations, Sections 2-91 – 2-100 becoming effective May 31, 2022.
The full text of the adopted rule is filed with the Denver Office of the Clerk and Recorder, Dept. 101, Webb Building, 201 West Colfax Avenue for public inspection and copying. The adopted rules are also available online.
