Denver’s LeafDrop Program Starts Today!

Denver’s Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI) is kicking off its annual LeafDrop program, allowing residents an opportunity to drop off their leaves and pumpkins to have them turned into compost, rather than ending up in the landfill.

Denver to Construct a Better, Faster Bus Service for East Colfax Ave

City, state and federal representatives gathered today at City Park Esplanade in Denver to kick off construction of a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) service line for East Colfax Avenue that will transform how people move along the corridor, making travel by bus faster and more reliable and providing an attractive alternative to driving that’s safer, and better for the environment.

Denver City Council to Consider Fee for Citywide Sidewalk Improvements

This afternoon, Denver’s Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI) is scheduled to make a presentation to Denver City Council’s Land Use, Transportation and Infrastructure (LUTI) Committee, seeking changes to an ordinance governing a new citywide sidewalk repair and construction program.

Denver Continues its Expansion of Citywide Compost Service

DOTI is encouraging approximately 18,700 households in Bear Valley, College View - South Platte, Fort Logan, Harvey Park, Mar Lee, Marston, Overland, and Ruby Hill to look for a letter in the mail, letting them know compost collection service is starting soon in their neighborhoods and requesting they let DOTI know what size compost cart they’d like to receive.

Denver Begins 8th Avenue Viaduct Maintenance

Denver’s Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI), in collaboration with Hamon Infrastructure, will start repair and maintenance work next Monday, August 12, on the 8th Avenue viaduct between Mariposa and Tejon streets on the west side of Denver.

RTD and Denver receive $150M funding allocation for E. Colfax BRT

DOTI Installs New “Slow Zone” near University of Denver
