The City of Denver and the Downtown Denver Partnership have developed a variety of tactics to help remove some common roadblocks that businesses face during large construction projects.

A toolkit to help you navigate the construction period: We have developed a toolkit (in English and Spanish) that is the businesses’ ‘go-to’ for resources and information during this project.
We will offer two grants to eligible businesses during the 16th Street Mall project.
Minimum threshold eligibility criteria:
Eligibility for the mitigation grant is limited to businesses meeting the threshold eligibility criteria and the following:
This is an early-stage grant of $2,000 to help businesses prepare for construction with enhanced marketing and promotion of their business.

This is a later-stage grant of $7,500 or $15,000 to offset demonstrated revenue losses due to project impacts.
