A: Tom’s Diner – changing a parking lot into a landscape/outside dining experience in Denver City Limits.

A: Post construction cleaning and janitorial services.
Q: Are there any recent projects that you were awarded or recently completed that you are particularly proud of?
A: We are proud of our post construction cleaning services for the large exhibit halls at the Colorado Convention Center. Our work has helped Hensel Phelps ensure these halls are once again ready for the convention center to use for events.

A: One on one meeting with Hensel Phelps and pre-bid meetings.

A: Yes, all projects working with Hensel Phelps and the City of Denver have been rewarding and landmark projects.

A: The process was pretty seamless and subcontractor friendly.
