Q: How long have you been in business?
A: Servitech, Inc. has been in business since 7/16/1998.
Q: What is your scope of work on the Colorado Convention Center Expansion Project?
A: Servitech Inc. is providing all low-voltage conduit and sleeves for AV, DAS, and Tele/data into each telecom room. We are also providing grounding and bonding for all the new telecom rooms and the Champa stairs. Servitech is also doing all the conduit and wire for the expanded fire alarm system.
Q: Has your contract with the Colorado Convention Expansion Project positively impacted your business? If so, in what ways?
A: Yes – we have increased our workforce to 10-15 electricians working on site. During this time we have developed working relationships with some of the other contractors as well.
Q: What is the most helpful method of outreach when pursuing applicable bid packages?
A: One-on-One with electrical/low-voltage contractors. It gives us the opportunity to bid work and develop a working relationship.

A: Landscape and irrigation.
Q: Are there any recent projects that you were awarded or recently completed that you are particularly proud of?
A: Tom’s Diner – changing a parking lot into a landscape/outside dining experience in Denver City Limits.
Q: What is the most helpful method of outreach when pursuing applicable bid packages?
A: Bidding without additional assistance.

A: Post construction cleaning and janitorial services.
Q: Are there any recent projects that you were awarded or recently completed that you are particularly proud of?
A: We are proud of our post construction cleaning services for the large Exhibit Halls at the Colorado Convention Center. Our work has helped Hensel Phelps ensure these halls are once again ready for the convention center to use for events.

A: One on one meetings with Hensel Phelps and pre-bid meetings.
