The City and County of Denver will distribute information with key contractors working in the downtown area:  Speer – Colfax to I-25 and Broadway/ Lincoln – Colfax to Park Avenue.

The purpose of this document is to provide information to contractors to cross-check and coordinate specific street projects within the downtown area. The goal is to ensure that streets are not inaccessible to motorists or pedestrians at any one time. Parking may be limited by these projects and lane closures.

A two-week construction schedule of projects and locations is outlined below.  Ongoing construction projects are also listed.  When completion dates are known they will be noted.

Discounted parking meters will no longer be offered. Going forward all parking meters will be charged at full rate.

Reminder:

For all permit requests, please include:

  • Traffic Control plan (site specific if on any collector/arterial)
  • Completed Public Works Right of Way Permit Application
  • All pertinent documentation, i.e., an approved Utility Plan Review plan set, Statement of No Objection (SONO) form, etc.

If any documentation is missing, your request will be denied.
