General Statement of Work

Denver Economic Development & Opportunity (DEDO) is seeking proposals for neighborhood services in 2022 which can be funded through the city’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  

Proposals will be considered from organizations that provide services in such areas as nonprofit technical assistance; job training/skill development to promote economic mobility; small business support; and community-based services such as affordable child care, physical and mental health, youth activities, community leadership development, and healthy food access. 

Priority consideration will be given to applications that have a geographic focus on the East Colfax, Elyria Swansea, Globeville, Montbello, Northeast Park Hill, Sun Valley, Valverde, Villa Park, West Colfax, and Westwood neighborhoods.
