General Statement of Work
Denver Economic Development Opportunity (DEDO) is seeking proposals for neighborhood support services in 2024 which will be funded through the city’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). As a division of DEDO, Neighborhood Equity and Stabilization (NEST) is interested in qualified applicants to deliver neighborhood public services that fall within the following focus areas: mental health & wellness, child & youth programming, older adult support, small business support, and nonprofit capacity-building.
Priority consideration will be given to applications that have a geographic focus on the following neighborhoods identified in the NEST Index: Athmar Park, Barnum, Barnum West, Clayton, College View, East Colfax, Elyria/Swansea, Globeville, Kennedy, Lincoln Park, Mar Lee, Montbello, Ruby Hill, Sun Valley, Valverde, Villa Park, Westwood, and Windsor.
