RFP Expanded Workforce Recovery Programs

General Statement of Work 

DEDO's Denver Workforce Services is seeking providers to help expand programs for Denver residents from targeted populations who have been disproportionately affected by COVID-19 with regard to employment, education, and economic security. The proposed additional services will be funded as part of a relief and recovery grant to the city through a U.S. Housing & Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).

Innovative programs are being sought to help re-skill workers displaced from pandemic-affected jobs into career pathways in high-growth, in-demand occupations. Digital literacy and digital access remain a concern, along with needs for support services to reduce barriers to employment security. Programs funded through this RFP will complement the city’s existing workforce services.
