The Denver Fire Department has adopted the 2018 ICC (International Code Council) code listed below. You are responsible for ensuring that your permitted operation complies with ICC codes, NFPA, and the Denver Amendments to the ICC codes, which are in the Denver Building and Fire Code.
All operational permits are issued through Fire E-Permits All construction permits are issued through Development Services E-Permits
