Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (BidNet)

Instructions for Viewing Bidding Opportunities:

In the spirit of continuous improvement and cost management, the City and County of Denver Government has joined the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System. The Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (BidNet®) is an online notification system that is being utilized by multiple governmental entities. Participating entities post their bids, quotes, proposals, addendums, and awards on this one centralized system. Review bids or register today by visiting the link below:

Vendor registration is FREE; vendors receive automatic e-mail notification of all open solicitations matching their business goods/services. Vendors must ensure they have the correct categories that match their business to receive the solicitations.

Pre-Proposal Meetings

It does not happen every time, but depending on the project, prospective bidders will be invited to a pre-bid meeting. It is strongly recommended that you (or a member of your team) attend. Here are five reasons.
