Victim of Wage Theft? We want to hear from YOU!
At this time, the CFPD has launched a Complaint Management System to collect complaints on Wage Theft occurrences with employees working for employers in the City and County of Denver.
Submitting your case to our team starts the process of helping employees recoup lost wages while helping to bring justice to employers practicing unfair and unjust employment behaviors. An online form is available that begins the process for us to serve clients who have been victims of wage theft. This navigation tool will help us understand the situation and context of an employee’s situation with their current/past employer.
Wage Theft Form Submission Process
- Complete each question on the form, with as much information as possible.
- When all the questions have been answered, you will Submit the form.
- Upon submission, a confirmation email will land in your Inbox, confirming that you will be contacted within 48 hours by a member of the CFPD from the Office of Financial Empowerment & Protection.
