Denver Parks and Recreation will open all currently operating recreation centers to the public as cooling centers during regular business hours.Denver Central Library will open at 11 a.m. and extend hours to 7 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Carla Madison Recreation Center will open at 8 a.m. and extend hours until 8 p.m. on both days.
