The Student Ambassador Program, a City and County of Denver initiative in partnership with Denver Public Schools (DPS), connects Denver students to civic engagement opportunities by serving on Human Rights & Community Partnerships (HRCP) commissions, giving them a direct role in shaping policies that impact communities across the city.

What Participants Can Expect

This initiative is designed to ensure young people are actively engaged in local decision-making. Students will gain real-world experience while helping build a more equitable and inclusive Denver.
