About Us

The Denver Agency for Human Rights & Community Partnerships (HRCP) is the umbrella agency for one division, seven offices, and ten commissions, committed to protecting all human rights for our Denver residents.

Denver Days 2024

Celebrate our Vibrant Denver this summer with a community picnic, neighborhood block party, or service project, together with neighbors, colleagues, your faith or community organizations, nonprofits, and more, and enjoy waived fees for park and block party permits!

Denver Office of Immigrant & Refugee Affairs

Our Denver Office of Immigrant & Refugee Affairs partners with nonprofits, community-based organizations, and government agencies to implement policies, practices and programs that influence immigrant integration.

DenverConnect

DenverConnect is a mobile resource center designed to connect older adults 60+ with information. DenverConnect brings city services and resources to neighborhoods, assisted living centers, and places where large concentrations of older adults are gathered. The program targets low-income and racial/ethnic minorities.

If You See Discrimination Say Something

The City and County of Denver ensures that every effort will be made to prevent discrimination through the impacts of its programs, policies, and activities on minority and low-income populations, and persons with limited English proficiency.

HRCP's Anti-Discrimination Office administers all Title VI complaint procedure.

Citywide Accessibility 

It is your right to access oral or written language assistance, sign language interpretation, real-time captioning via CART, or disability-related accommodations. To request any of these services at no cost to you, please reach out to the point of contact for that specific city program, service, and/or event with three business days' notice.
