Denver Snow Angels Our Snow Angels assist residents in Denver in need of assistance shoveling their front sidewalks during the cold winter months.
Programs & Initiatives Discover and connect with HRCP led community programs, like Denver Days, Denver's Snow Angels, Neighborhood Mediation Program, Denver's Sister Cities International, Mayor's Diversity & Inclusion Awards, Monte Pascoe Awards.
Our Commissions Ten commissions operate under Human Rights & Community Partnerships. Each commission acts as a liaison and advocate to the Mayor on behalf of the communities they represent.
DenverConnect DenverConnect is a mobile resource center designed to connect older adults 60+ with information. DenverConnect brings city services and resources to neighborhoods, assisted living centers, and places where large concentrations of older adults are gathered. The program targets low-income and racial/ethnic minorities.
If You See Discrimination Say Something The City and County of Denver ensures that every effort will be made to prevent discrimination through the impacts of its programs, policies, and activities on minority and low-income populations, and persons with limited English proficiency. HRCP's Anti-Discrimination Office administers all Title VI complaint procedure.

$50,000 IN ARPA FUNDS TO HELP NONPROFITS RECOVER FROM IMPACTS OF COVID Published on March 01, 2023 HRCP's Office of Nonprofit Engagement (D-ONE) recently issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Denver-based or Denver-serving nonprofits needing grant support to assist with recovering from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
