The Stone Creek community opened its doors as part of Mayor Johnston’s All in Mile High initiative on Sept. 28, 2023 and it was the first community of the efforts to end street homelessness in Denver. This site has been an integral part of the city’s work to help people experiencing homelessness move toward stable and permanent housing. This community has 182 units for adult, single men and women, and is currently managed by The Salvation Army.
