The Aspen opened its doors as part of Mayor Johnston’s All in Mile High initiative on Dec. 7, 2023. This site has been an integral part of the City and County of Denver’s work to help people experiencing homelessness move toward stable, permanent housing and end street homelessness in Denver. The Aspen has 289 units for single, adult men and women and is currently managed by The Salvation Army.
