Most City and County of Denver offices will be closed Monday, Feb. 16 in observance of Presidents Day. Solid waste collection will be on a regular schedule; customers should set carts out on their regular collection day.
Youth, ages 5–18, can have a key to the city with a MY Denver Card in hand! Youth will get free access to recreation centers, swimming pools and various cultural facilities where they can participate in healthy, safe and fun activities afterschool, during school and summer breaks, and on the weekends.
The MY Denver Card replaces any previously-issued card from Denver Public Library. To activate library privileges, present your MY Denver Card at any Denver Public Library location.

Denver recreation centers offer both structured and drop-in activities for MY Denver cardholders when school is out (schedules vary). Programs are available in a safe environment and are designed to contribute to the academic and social development of all children and youth.

Just signed up for your "first" MY Denver Card? Stop by one of our Denver recreation centers to take a photo and pick up your card, then your benefits will be activated. Cards are not mailed out.
