Denver is committed to ensuring youth of all ages have a safe, supportive and enriching summer, as part of its Youth Violence Prevention initiative. Search the resources below to find quality programs and activities, employment options, healthy meals, mental health resources and more!

Visit Denver’s Youth Program Locator to find summer programs. It is mobile-friendly, easy to use, and is available in multiple languages. You can customize a search by location, age, cost, program type, and more!

Jobs and Internships for Youth

The Mayor’s YouthWorks Initiative rewards eligible youth (14-21) for their commitment to employment over the summer. If you meet the requirements and complete all steps, you can receive a $500 retention bonus in the fall!

Food, Mental Health Support & Other Resources

There are numerous citywide supports and resources for youth this summer. Youth have access to healthy food options, mental health support, health care and more.

My Spark Denver - My Spark Denver helps eligible DPS students participate in afterschool and summer activities.
DPS Summer Programs - Enrichments and academic programs are offered to DPS students through DPS and their community partners.
