Denver Employee Engagement Survey

We take pride in our highly engaged workforce. Results from the 2022 employee engagement survey(PDF, 718KB) indicated that the City and County of Denver's favorable engagement rating rose to 78.2 percent — over three percentage points higher than 2019.
