COVID-19 Tips for Events and Films

Published on January 19, 2022

There are currently no face-covering and distancing requirements and capacity limits for outdoor events and COVID mitigation plans for outdoor events are no longer required (except for those held at venues 30,000 sq feet or larger). However, OSE encourages event organizers to maintain some COVID mitigation measures to help instill confidence in event staff, volunteers and attendees as well as those in the surrounding community.

We suggest that event organizers to encourage those who are not yet vaccinated to continue to wear face masks and distance themselves from others, provide plentiful hand washing and sanitizing stations, and perform regular cleanings of common-use areas.

Current COVID information can be found on the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the State of Colorado websites.
