Colorado Open Records Act (CORA)

To file a CORA request, please complete the following form. You may also submit a CORA request via email to ClerkCORA@denvergov.org, including the following information:

• Requestor’s full name, address, telephone number, and email address. As detailed a description of the records requested as is reasonably possible.
• A statement that the request is made pursuant to the provisions of the Colorado Open Records Act, Colorado Revised Statutes §24-72-201, et seq.

The research, retrieval and review fee for CORA requests is $33.00 per hour after the first free hour. Please note: A CORA request received after 3 p.m. or any day that the agency is officially closed will be considered received on the following working day.
