Refund Policy for programs and activities (excluding outdoor recreation programs):
- DPR reserves the right to cancel/postpone any program/activity due to inclement weather/low enrollment
- A full refund will be given if a program/activity is cancelled by DPR
- Cancellation and full refund permitted up to 7 days prior to start*
- Cancellation and full refund (credit to DPR customer account only) permitted within 6 days prior to start*
- No refunds issued after activity/program has started

Refunds may occur via:
- Credit Card (if same card is used for original purchase)
- Check (allows up to 4 weeks for processing)
- DPR customer account (credits forfeited after 1 year)
Apply Pay (Tap-to-Pay) Notice:
If you use Apple Pay via tap-to-pay at our recreation centers, please be aware:
- Refunds may not be possible to the original card.
- Auto-renewals may fail if Apple Pay is used to save payment info.
This is due to how Apple Pay encrypts card details during in-person tap transactions. Online Apple Pay is not affected. For best results, we recommend using a physical card or manually entering your card number.
