RFP for Sports Officials Services

The City and County of Denver Department of Parks and Recreation (“DPR”) is requesting proposals for Sports Officials Services to provide sports programs for both adults and youths, for the 2026-2027 spring, summer, fall, and winter seasons. DPR is soliciting firm price quotations with the intent of contracting with one or more contractors to provide sports officials/umpires for these leagues and tournaments. Proposers that currently hold contracts with the City for Sports Official services may submit proposals in response to this RFP.
