Denver’s Office of the City Forester is dedicated to improving and expanding the urban forest. Urban trees provide numerous positive benefits, such as slowing storm water runoff, cooling temperatures, providing shade, protecting biodiversity and reducing air pollution, to name a few. Together we can maintain our current trees and increase the canopy coverage size of our urban forest.
