Denver's cold weather shelters will remain open as long as weather conditions are met.
Most City and County of Denver offices will be closed Monday, Feb. 17 for the Presidents' Day holiday.
The Temporary Vending Permit provides licensed food vendors the opportunity to temporarily sell human food and non-alcoholic beverages at designated sites approved by the City and County of Denver. Non-permitted vendors are not allowed in or within 300 feet of a Denver park or parkway unless associated with a Public Event or Special Occasion and approved by the permit holder.
If an event is in progress in your vending location, you may not vend during that permit unless you are invited by the event organizer prior to their permit start date.
Please visit the Office of Special Events calendar HERE, which includes event organizer contact information.
