As of November 24, 2021: Due to a new public health order announced by Mayor Michael B. Hancock, all individuals two (2) years of age or older must wear a face covering over their nose and mouth in all public, indoor spaces including Denver Recreation Centers. Denver Parks & Recreation operates 15 indoor and 16 outdoor swimming pools, offering numerous aquatic activities for every age and level of ability.
More than eight recreation program areas offer dynamic activities that support the wellness of all ages and abilities.

Denver invites youth, ages 1 - 18, to enjoy breakfast, lunch, a nutritious snack or a supper meal that includes up to five food groups low in fat, preservative free and served with fresh fruit on the side.
Denver youth, ages 5 - 18, are eligible to receive FREE access to recreation centers, swimming pools, and free or discounted admission to various cultural facilities in Denver.
Recreation centers and programs utilize volunteers to coach, teach, support Special Olympics, and chaperone events. Volunteers my be vaccinated. Bring completed application and vaccination documentation to your local center or email email@example.com with questions.
Denver’s 30 Recreation Centers offer a variety of meeting spaces for special events, school trips, athletic activities and business functions. Facilities include classrooms, kitchens, gymnasiums, fitness rooms, swimming pools, game rooms and indoor tracks.
