THERAPY POOL CLOSURE NOTICE | Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation Center's therapy pool is currently closed for maintenance.

Denver Recreation Centers are closed on city-observed holidays. Centers and pools can also close unexpectedly due to power outages, lifeguard shortages, and other unforeseen maintenance issues. Outdoor pools close during inclement weather when lightning is nearby or temperatures are forecasted to remain below 65 degrees. Unexpected closures typically last several hours or less and may not always be posted online. To verify center schedules and hours of operation, please call the facility directly. 

Martin Luther King Jr. is a Neighborhood Level recreation center located in the northeast area near Monaco St just south of I-70. This facility features weight and cardio equipment, a gym, a racquetball court, and two multi-purpose rooms with a projector, pull down screen, access to the kitchen, and tables and chairs. Members have access to the lap pool, therapy pool and dry sauna. Aqua Aerobics, Deep Water Aerobics, and Swim Lessons are offered at this center.
