Southwest Recreation Center

Southwest is a Local Level recreation center in the southeast area just off of Belleview Ave and Wadsworth Blvd. This facility features a Group Fitness Studio (view the center activity sheet below), and an outdoor pool that is open during the summer season only.

Southwest Recreation Center offers a free meal program for youth, along with free membership for youth through the MY Denver Card program. This center also offers Active Older Adult (AOA) classes.

Denver Recreation Centers are closed on city-observed holidays. Outdoor pools close during inclement weather when lightning is nearby or temperatures are forecasted to remain below 65 degrees. Emergency closures for unexpected maintenance, power outages, etc. may not be posted online unless they are expected to last for a significant portion of the day or longer. To verify center schedules and hours of operation, please call the facility directly.
