Swansea Recreation Center Exterior

Swansea is a Neighborhood Level recreation center located in the northeast area near I-70 and Clayton St. This facility features weight and cardio equipment, a gym, an art room, and a game room with billiards and foosball. Group Fitness Classes are offered at this center (view the center activity sheet above). 

Swansea Recreation Center also offers a free meal program for youth, along with free membership for youth through the MY Denver Card program. View the facility photo gallery.

  • All residents of the 80216 zip code are eligible to receive a 90% discount on registrations and memberships (some restrictions apply).

  • Residents can register for this discount at 5090 Broadway, Johnson and Swansea Recreation Centers. 

  • Residents will only need to provide proof of address for all household members at the time of registration – this can be done with a driver’s license, utility bill, school registration, etc.
