EmpowHER Police Academy

The Denver Police Department is proud to announce the Women’s EmpowHer Academy. EmpowHer is a unique program aimed at recruiting and inspiring the next generation of female law enforcement officers. This academy will offer an immersive experience that provides insights into the career of a police officer, focusing on empowering women who are considering a future in law enforcement. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on activities, including time on the DEVOC track, shooting range, and a basic self-defense lesson.
