Clinical Homeless Outreach Team (C-HOT)

The Clinical Homeless Outreach Team (C-HOT) is a co-responder program that fosters a partnership between program clinicians (otherwise known as clinical navigators) and specialized officers from the Homeless Outreach Team (HOT) through Denver Police Department (DPD).

Denver Strong

DenverStrong is a program within the Community and Behavioral Health Division designed to educate and empower the Denver community around behavioral health issues. We provide trainings, consultation, and community collaboration.

Overdose Data to Action (OD2A)

Overdose Data to Action (OD2A) is a CDC grant that supports overdose prevention efforts in local communities while gathering accurate, comprehensive, and timely data on nonfatal and fatal overdoses to enhance program efforts.

Wellness Winnie

Wellness Winnie is Denver’s mobile unit offering support, assistance, and resources to those in need, where they are. Wellness Winnie exists to empower all people in Denver to live their healthiest life and to increase equitable access to resources, helping the community to thrive.

Support Team Assisted Response (STAR) Program

The Support Team Assisted Response (STAR) Program is an alternative response team that includes behavioral health clinicians and paramedics to engage individuals experiencing mental health distress and substance use disorders.
