The Denver Department of Public Health & Environment (DDPHE) works with schools and childcare centers to prevent illness from spreading among students, staff, and our community.
All suspected outbreaks of any disease must be reported to public health immediately. A list of reportable conditions that must be reported to public health can be found in Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) guidance. If you believe you or your child are experiencing any of these conditions or there is an increase in illness at a Denver County school or childcare facility, please complete DDPHE’s School and Childcare Disease Reporting form.
