What Works Cities helps local governments improve residents' lives by using data and evidence effectively to tackle pressing challenges.
By providing a clear path to excellence, What Works Cities Certification supports local leaders in leveraging “what works” to increase government effectiveness and deliver stronger results for their residents. In January 2018, we announced the inaugural group of nine cities to achieve this distinction. Today, 50 cities are What Works Cities Certified.

The Adobe Government Creativity Awards celebrates the talent and effort of creative, scientific and design professionals who are pushing the envelope of design in the Public Sector to serve and engage citizens, communities, and each other. Denvergov.org and Pocketgov were both honored in the 2017/2018 showcase. Denvorgov.org won in the Interactive - Web Design category and Pocketgov was a finalist in the Interactive - Mobile App category.
