We are growing our team! Denver’s Office of Climate Action, Sustainability, and Resiliency (CASR) works to enable a sustainable, resilient, climate-safe future for all of Denver in collaboration with fellow departments, other units of government, and community partners. We lead the development of innovative programs, policy, and community-based services. CASR ensures that our goals are aligned with current climate science, promotes the role that climate action and sustainability play in strengthening Denver's economic vitality and a prosperous future for all, and embraces equity as a value and practice in all its work. CASR is responsible for managing the Climate Protection Fund (CPF), which will disburse $35M annually for climate mitigation, adaptation, and resilience initiatives. Learn more at www.denvergov.org/sustainability.

The Finance and Administration Division handles day-to-day office operations; develops, administers, and oversees contracts with vendors and technical consultants; and manages annual budgets as well as grants and projects. This division provides the CASR team with the tools required to perform work efficiently, consistently and with accountability.

The Finance and Administration Division has an opening for a Business Operations Administrator. This position will lead the business office, develop, and manage CASR online platforms related to business process workflow, provide agency-wide data analysis and reporting around business operations, manage training programs and provide assistance to CASR team members. This position will provide insight to identify opportunities for continuous business improvement and lead efforts to improve processes, measuring success with objective data.
