With the Delta variant surging, Denver has issued new public health orders requiring pre-K through 12th-grade students to wear masks at school and requiring city employees and some private-sector workers in high-risk settings to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
The Senior Exemption deadline has passed for 2021 (taxes payable in 2022). We will begin accepting applications again January 2nd, 2022.
If you already applied for this exemption in a prior year and were approved, you do not need to apply again. However, any changes in property ownership or occupancy must be reported within 60 days of the change. Please contact us with any questions.
