With the Delta variant surging, Denver has issued new public health orders requiring pre-K through 12th-grade students to wear masks at school and requiring city employees and some private-sector workers in high-risk settings to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
A Public Hearing will be held Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. to receive comments on the proposed Treasury Rule 008 – Rule Governing Third-Party Delivery Fee Civil Penalties and Hearings Before the Manager of Finance(PDF, 247KB).
The proposed Treasury Rule 008 – Rule Governing Third-Party Delivery Fee Civil Penalties and Hearings Before the Manager of Finance(PDF, 247KB) will be revised pursuant to the Article 6 of Chapter 2, and Article 10 of Chapter 53. The proposed rules are also on file with the Denver Office of the Clerk and Recorder, Webb Building, 201 West Colfax Avenue, Dept. 101
The virtual public hearing will be held Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. via Zoom due to ongoing Covid-19 public health orders.
