The Agency for Human Rights & Community Partnerships (HRCP) envisions a unified city where capacities and partnerships have been built and leaders from city governments and all corners of our community are empowered and supported. Current Funding Opportunities

The Denver Office of Nonprofit Engagement (an office under Denver’s Agency for Human Rights & Community Partnerships) is requesting proposals for 2022-2024 Residential and Nonprofit Energy Efficiency Services for the purpose of creating a culture that supports long-term sustainability and the success of all members of the community by promoting social equity and responsible and efficient use of resources. Our objective is to select applications that fully meet the requirements identified in this Request for Proposals (RFP).
