Denver, alongside our regional partners, requires masks in indoor settings for most businesses and venues. Businesses can opt to verify vaccinations before entry, in which case masks would not be required.
05/21/21 Denver has moved to Level Clear! This eliminates face-covering and distancing requirements and capacity limits for outdoor events. View Denver's current Public Health Order online, but please check back for updates as this order expires on June 1, 2021.
While COVID mitigation plans for outdoor events are no longer required (except for those held at venues 30,000 sq feet or larger) OSE encourages event organizers to maintain some COVID mitigation measures to help instill confidence in event staff, volunteers and attendees as well as those in the surrounding community. We suggest event organizers to encourage those who are not yet vaccinated to continue to wear face masks and distance themselves from others, provide plentiful hand washing and sanitizing stations, and perform regular cleanings of common-use areas.
