COME DOWNTOWN AND ENJOY THE ICONIC LIGHT AND MUSIC SHOW!

On Wednesday night, Nov 24, Mayor Michael B. Hancock  flipped Denver’s giant light switch to commence the holiday lighting of the City and County Building. View a video of the brief program and the first light and music show of the 2021 season.

The light and music show lasts about 8 minutes and happens nightly at 5:45 pm and 6:45 pm through Jan 23, 2022. Between shows and until 10:45 pm each night, the City and County Building will exhibit a static light display.

The show will not play on Mondays because of City Council meetings, but the static light display will still shine. The show will run on a different schedule during the Parade of Lights on Saturday, Dec 4 and there will not be any lights at all on Tuesday, Dec  21 in honor of the annual Homeless Person's Memorial Vigil.
