Your Business is Our Business
The city cares about your safety and well-being. The Presidential Inauguration on January 20 could trigger public unrest in the days leading up to or following the event. Denver is taking proactive steps to make business owners and managers aware of the potential for unrest; we encourage you to take precautions to protect your business.
Please call 911 immediately if you witness damage occurring to your business. If you discover damage after it has occurred, please call the Denver Police Department’s non-emergency number and file a report at 720-913-2000.
The city is interested in documenting damage to small businesses or private nonprofit organizations that suffer economic injury because of the unrest.
