Racist violence against Asian American and Pacific Islander communities has increased during the past year. Bias-motivated crimes, violence, intimidation, and discrimination have no place in Denver. In a crisis like COVID-19, we are stronger when we work together to protect everyone in our community, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, housing status, or age. Racism is a public health issue, and we are committed to stopping the hatred.

- Denver residents may file a discrimination complaint with the Denver Agency for Human Rights and Community Partnership's Anti-Discrimination Office.
- Colorado residents may file a civil rights complaint and check the status of a complaint online with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies' CaseConnect platform.
