Denver 5 Star Businesses Now Able to Operate at Level Blue Capacity

DENVER – With Colorado having reached the goal of 70 percent of residents age 70 and older being vaccinated, counties such as Denver with certified 5 Star programs that currently meet all Level Yellow criteria are permitted to allow certified businesses to operate with Level Blue allowances.
As a county that meets all Level Yellow criteria, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) has informed Denver that 5 Star certified businesses in the city may now operate at Level Blue capacity limits if the city and county elects to do so. Denver has informed CDPHE that the city will allow the implementation of Level Blue allowances for 5 Star Certified business within the city.
