
The Denver Downtown Development Authority (DDA or DDDA) supports catalytic investments that help spur economic growth and revitalization in the heart of our city. Delivering on the promise of building a vibrant downtown, the city will use public investments through the DDA to accelerate economic growth and create a family friendly, thriving, and diversified downtown.
DDA Pilot Year In Review
In 2025, Denver’s expanded DDA began accepting applications for major projects that will redefine the downtown experience and attract new residents, businesses, and visitors. The pilot year of the DDA has been highly successful- awarding $166 million in investments across 13 different projects in 4 award cycles, expanding the board’s membership, and selecting projects across a range of areas, including downtown safety, parks and public spaces, new retail businesses, and new housing.
