General Obligation (GO) bond programs are how cities across the U.S., including Denver, pay for infrastructure. Every four to ten years, bonds are used to build and improve parks, recreation centers, libraries, roads, bridges, police stations, and other public facilities.
Use the map to view projects from the Elevate Denver Bond (2017), RISE Denver Bond (2021), and Vibrant Denver Bond (2025).
Please note: Not all projects in the Vibrant Denver Bond have specific locations identified (such as the American Indian Cultural Embassy, First Responder Training Center, and Southeast Recreation Hub and Skate Park). As specific locations are identified, these projects will be added to the map.
