Denver invites youth, ages 1 - 18, to enjoy breakfast, lunch, a nutritious snack or a supper meal that includes up to five food groups low in fat, preservative free and served with fresh fruit on the side. Registration or signing in is not required, just show up and eat up, and YES ... you can bring a friend, or two, or three, or more!
