Assemblies, Public Events & Special Occasions

Applications for Public Events, Special Occasions, and Tournaments will be accepted via email to park.permits@denvergov.org beginning at 8:00 a.m. on April 8 for activities held June 8 or later only, as the department works to hire seasonal park staff.

Public events include both free and admission-based events such as festivals, concerts, and walks/runs/rides, along with public assemblies. Special occasions are private, invitation-only events in parks. Permit applications for use of park sites are accepted by email to park.permits@denvergov.org or in person at the Parks Permit Office.
